Do these computers come with an Office Suite?
No.
We recommend the free online office suite Google Drive

How much training will clients/staff need to teach people how to use them?
Little or none. The computer will boot straight into a web browser.
How susceptible will the computers be to viruses?
The computers will be virus free.
The computer is reset to a virus free state each time it turns on.
How much "space" will our clients have to store things?
None.
The client can save things onto a USB drive or to online storage places like “Google Drive”, “iCloud”, “Dropbox” etc.
Can clients check their documents/mail from other computers?
Yes.
If they are saved to a USB drive or online storage.
What happens when a computer fails? Will it be fixed or replaced?
Yes. It will be replaced.
How many computers can we get?
Up to 20 computers at this time.
How many people can set up accounts on these computers?
There is only guest accounts. You would then login to your personal online email/documents/etc accounts.
Will folks be able to print documents off of these computers?
Yes.
If there is a printer attached to the network and configured for the guests to print. (this is easy to set up if the location has a printer that is capable of connecting to the internet.)
Will they be wireless or direct wired or both?
Both.
What equipment will the organization have to have available?
Are there any monthly/regular costs involved?
No.
